Terrible service. Going on fourth week of trying to get a service person to get something fixed in the “line”. Every time I call different excuse. Been about over 2 months with snowing tv then snowing you couldn’t see now no service at all. In the house is elderly people and disabled children so for the past five to six weeks they’ve been watching DVD’s it’s getting old. Terrible service if I could give them a zero. If you have a choice don’t go with this cable company at all. All our neighbors are complaining & are thinking about canceling service like us & going with some kind of dish company.
